FAQ
In what language is Autotrader written ?
Autotrader is written in Clarion for Windows version 6.1. See www.softvelocity.com
Does autotrader sometimes make wrong trades ?
Every precaution is made that the same trade is not performed twice. Intervals are checked, so are filenames date/time stamps etc. Normally things go wrong where the trading algorithm or your trader program do the wrong things. I have used autotrader myself for more than 2 years now and never had any problem with it. I can not afford wrong trades so there you are !
What kind of support do you give ?
Basically we give installation support and offcourse you can request new features. No support is given for TWS symbol names or future contract settings.
Do you have a trail version ?
Yes we do. You can request one here : trailautotrader@radsmart.com However the trail is only working for 10 days. We know it is short, but it should be more then sufficient to set you up.
On which operating systems does it work ?
It works on Windows 98, XP windows 2000, and is also tested on Windows 2003.
